Justin McCann

Justin McCann, CHTP, has over 27 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and hospitality industries. Justin is currently the Director of Technical Support at Millennium Technology Group since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Technical Services Manager at the same company from January to July 2022. Justin also worked as the Business Systems Analyst Manager from May 2017 to January 2022.

Before joining Millennium Technology Group, Justin worked at Agilysys for 17 years, starting in October 2000 as a Senior Software Developer, Hospitality Solutions, and continuing in this role until May 2017.

Justin'shospitality industry experience includes working at Hyatt Baltimore as an Assistant Front Office Manager from 1999 to 2000, at Holiday Inn Randolph as a Front Office Manager from February 1996 to February 1999, at Hyatt Orlando as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper from 1998 to 1999, and at Crowne Plaza Natick as a Front Office Supervisor from August 1994 to February 1996.

Justin McCann, CHTP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they received the Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) certification from Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) in December 2020.
