Jenny Ann

Jenny Ann has had a diverse work experience in the field of contracts and talent acquisition. Jenny began their career as a paralegal at Whiteman, Osterman & Hanna LLP, specializing in contract and real estate law. Jenny then moved on to Curia, where they worked as a contracts analyst and negotiator in the legal department. Jenny Ann later joined GENESYS Consulting Services, Inc., where they held various roles including director of contracts and talent acquisition. Currently, they serve as the vice president of contracts and talent acquisition at Miller & Associates Sourcing Specialists, LLC, a global IT/business services firm. Throughout their career, Jenny Ann has been responsible for analyzing, negotiating, and finalizing various types of contractual agreements, and they have played a key role in increasing revenue and providing top talent to clients.

Jenny Ann, AIRS PRC, obtained their Associate of Applied Science degree in Administration from Hudson Valley Community College from 2002 to 2004. Jenny also holds additional certifications including Wildlife Rehabilitator from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and NYS Notary Public - Active from the New York State Division of Licensing. Additionally, they have a Professional Recruiter Certification 4.0 from AIRS, an ADP Company.
