Kenneth McElvaney

Kenneth McElvaney started their work experience in 2008 as a Shift Manager at Winnetka Lanes. During their time there, they managed daily operations, compiled cash flow reports, and increased weekly revenue. In 2011, they joined Miller Barondess, LLP as the Director of Human Resources / Controller. In this role, they managed a 40-employee firm, implemented medical benefits, and handled employee on-and-offboarding.

Kenneth McElvaney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Governors University, which they pursued from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2005 to 2007, where they studied History but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their formal education, Kenneth obtained a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in July 2020.
