Const., Inc., Lersch previously worked as a Staff Accountant at Aschliman & Co, CPA's. Educational credentials include a Masters in Business Administration from Bluffton University, completed in 2010, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Anderson University, obtained in 1981.
