Arthur Griem

Arthur Griem has had a diverse work experience. In 2013, they were an Intern for Letica Corporation. Arthur was also an Intern - Campaign Consultant for DMC Strategies, where they organized an up to the minute opposition tracking system for a U.S. Congressional Candidate and coordinated a rapid response and media watch team for a Detroit Mayoral Candidate. In 2014, they were an Intern for DHL Express Asia Pacific, and in 2015 they were a Cause Marketing Intern for the National Hockey League. In 2017, they were a Summer Law Clerk for The Miller Law Firm, P.C. and a Legal Extern for TI Automotive. Since 2018, they have been a Corporate Attorney at Miller Canfield, where they lead Associate on a variety of transactions ranging in value from 8 to 100 million dollars. Arthur has experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and deal-related ancillary documents and certificates, managing due diligence processes throughout their lifecycle, and advising businesses on M&A and general corporate matters.
