Amy Wheeler currently serves as a Corporate Attorney at Tokyo Electron US, where responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of contracts, as well as providing legal support to various business units. Previous experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC, and a Legal Researcher at Burgess Law PC. Amy has also worked as a Summer Associate and In-House Legal Intern at Tokyo Electron US, gaining significant experience in transactional law and contract drafting. Additional legal experience was gained through a Summer Law Clerk role at the Texas Education Agency and as an intern/clerical assistant at Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC.
