Of Counsel at Miller Canfield

Chip Brower has worked in the legal field for over 20 years. From 1998 to 2012, they were a Croft Professor of International Law at the University of Mississippi School of Law. Chip then moved to Wayne State University, where they served as a Professor of Law from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, they have been Of Counsel at Miller Canfield.

Chip Brower received their Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia in 1995, specializing in International Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Vermont in 1989, majoring in Political Science and Russian Language.
