John Tawadrous

John Tawadrous serves as a senior Associate in the Finance department at Morrison & Foerster LLP in New York since October 2019, focusing on a wide array of domestic and international finance transactions. Prior to this role, John was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from March 2017 to October 2019, where the focus was on leveraged financing transactions for private equity sponsors. Earlier experience includes positions as a Solicitor in Finance at Herbert Smith Freehills and as a Lawyer at Clayton Utz, specializing in banking and finance, as well as a secondment at Westpac Institutional Bank working on global derivative reform projects. John earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Sydney and attended UCLA in 2011.
