Paul Stephan

Paul Stephan is a Senior Fellow at the Miller Center of Public Affairs and a Professor at UVA Law School. Previously, Paul held positions such as Special Counsel to the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Defense and Reporter at The American Law Institute. Stephan has also worked as a Lecturer at Peking University School of Transnational Law and held various visiting professor roles at Duke Law School and Columbia Law School. Additionally, Paul has authored a book on contract theory and international law enforcement. Stephan's educational background includes a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
