Adam P. Feinberg

Adam Feinberg has a nationwide complex federal regulatory litigation practice. His main area of focus is federal excise and other tax litigation. He also specializes in other federal regulatory litigation, including under the Administrative Procedure Act, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and the False Claims Act. He represents clients in the energy, air transportation, healthcare, defense, and other industries that are subject to substantial federal taxation and regulation. Mr. Feinberg is Vice Chair of Miller & Chevalier's Executive Committee. He joined the firm in 1997.
