Irma Bondi

Irma Bondi is the Director of Recruiting Services and leads the Recruiting Department for Miller Cooper. In addition to developing and executing the Firm’s recruiting and retention strategies, Ms. Bondi also manages and provides recruiting services to closely held/entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of industries.

In 2009, Ms. Bondi began her career as an auditor with Miller Cooper. After nearly five years of auditing, she turned her focus to recruiting and has assisted in the development of the Firm’s various recruiting services.

Ms. Bondi has experience with the full cycle recruiting for accounting, human resources and administrative positions, including developing position profiles, candidate search, interviews and final assessments. She frequently advises clients on candidate market conditions, availability of talent and candidate salary expectations. Ms. Bondi also assists clients with marketing open roles on job boards, as well as other recruiting resources.

Ms. Bondi received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago and Master of Accounting Science from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Illinois CPA Society, where she also serves on the Women’s Committee, Young Professionals Committee and is a Firm Ambassador.
