Tom Graziano

Tom Graziano is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax management and compliance. Currently serving as Corporate Tax Director at Miller, Cooper & Co., Ltd. since October 2019, Tom has previously held key positions such as Senior Tax Manager and Tax Manager. Prior experience includes working at EY from September 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included preparing and auditing corporate tax provisions and consulting on tax compliance. Tom also managed the implementation of corporate tax provision processes at EVRAZ North America as Tax Manager from August 2015 to September 2016. Beginning a career as a Senior Associate at McGladrey from January 2011 to August 2015, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, achieved in 2009.
