Karie Spence

Karie Spence has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karie began their career as an Office Manager at Sentinel Offender Services in 1999, where they managed a team of probation officers and ensured proper documentation and communication with the court. Karie then moved on to work as an Office Manager at Quail Country Plantation from 2006 to 2011, where they oversaw staff management and operational tasks during hunting season. In 2011, Karie joined Technical Associates as an HR Specialist/Recruiter, providing HR and recruiting support on a corporate level. Karie utilized technology and internet resources for communication, sourcing, and reporting. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an HR Director at the Hospital Authority of Calhoun County, administering HR policies and payroll functions before assisting in the facility closure. In 2013, Karie transitioned to the role of HR Director at Miller County Hospital and the Hospital Authority of Miller County. Overall, Karie has extensive experience in office management, HR, and recruiting.

Karie Spence obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Sociology from Troy University Dothan, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Later, in 2001 and 2002, they attended Valdosta State University and earned a Master's in Public Administration with a focus on Public Administration.
