William Woolman

William Woolman, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the IT Director - Applications at Miller Electric Mfg. LLC since April 2023. Previously, William held the positions of Defense Segment IT Director and Program Manager for ERP Transformation at Oshkosh Defense from October 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading a multi-disciplinary team in ERP system replacement and managing partnerships with system integrators. From 2005 to 2017, William progressed within Oshkosh Defense, ultimately becoming the Sr. Business Manager and Defense Segment IT Director for Engineering Systems, overseeing teams in engineering system initiatives and project delivery for Department of Defense programs. William's educational background includes an MBA and a BS in Leadership & Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, complemented by a coaching program certification from Coach U, INC.
