Ken Sigman

Ken Sigman has over 28 years of experience in the employee benefits and wellness industry. Ken founded Health and Benefit Systems, LLC in 1986 and served as the Founder/Chief Executive Officer until 2014. In this role, they focused on improving the health, wellbeing, and financial security of their clients. In 2014, they joined The Miller Group as the Vice President of Benefit and Wellness Services. In this position, they worked with clients to develop cost containment strategies, analyze health plan funding alternatives, ensure compliance with ACA regulations, and facilitate workplace wellness programs.

Ken Sigman attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1961 to 1965, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a field of study in Business, with a marketing emphasis. Subsequently, from 1965 to 1967, they attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City to pursue Law studies.
