Andy Penhaligon McIpd

Andy Penhaligon MCIPD has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Andy is currently working as the Divisional Head of HR at Miller Homes Ltd since September 2021. Prior to that, Andy worked at Barratt Developments plc as a Human Resources Business Partner from June 2018 to September 2021, where they managed HR aspects of divisional mergers and relocation projects. Andy also worked as a Regional HR Advisor during their time at Barratt Developments plc. Additionally, Andy has experience as a Senior HR Advisor at CVS Group Plc, where they were responsible for minimizing legal exposure and costs while managing disciplinary and grievance cases across multiple practices. Andy also brought about efficiencies and improved engagement through a Business Partner initiative. Earlier in their career, Andy held various roles at ROC UK/Ireland ROC (ExxonMobil Retail Subsidiary), including Compensation, Benefits & Recruitment Manager, Policy, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Policy, Compensation and Benefits Advisor, Human Resources Business Partner, and Recruitment Business Partner. Andy contributed to cost savings, improved customer service ratings, and ensured adherence to statutory and corporate requirements through the development and implementation of various HR programs and initiatives.

Andy Penhaligon MCIPD attended Farnborough College of Technology from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management. This degree focused on the field of Human Resources Management and Services.

Prior to that, Andy Penhaligon MCIPD attended the University of Kent from 1989 to 1993. Andy completed a BA (Hons) in European Studies (History), which involved studying subjects such as French, Modern History and Politics, and Law.

In addition to their educational background, Andy Penhaligon MCIPD received the certification of Chartered MCIPD from CIPD in March 2013.
