Shellie Salser

Shellie Salser currently serves as a Client Relationship Coordinator at Miller Mendel since March 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Business Development Manager at Off Duty Management from March 2022 to April 2024, and holding various leadership roles at the Wheat Ridge Police Department, including Commander from March 2019 to February 2022. Shellie also spent over 22 years at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, where positions included Lieutenant, Sergeant, Deputy, and Animal Control Officer. Early career experience included role as a Dispatcher at the Greeley Police Department and Records Technician at the Weld County Sheriff's Office. Shellie holds a Master of Science in Public Safety Leadership from the FBI National Academy at the University of Virginia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University, and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Remmington College.
