Mike also has experience working at Sophrona Solutions, Inc. as the Chief Security Officer and Privacy Officer, where they led the data security efforts of the startup healthcare company from 2008 to 2014, and at Dayton Hudson Corporation as a Human Resource Information Systems Analyst in 1995 and Ernst & Young LLP as a Staff Consultant from 1994 to 1995.
Mike began their career at Deluxe Corporation as a Support Center Specialist in 1992. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and implementing a local area network and providing support for network, PC, peripherals, and software.

Mike Papp completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University from 1989 to 1994.
