Mike Papp

Mike Papp has over 30 years of experience in the field of information technology. Mike is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Miller Milling Company since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for leading the IT team and overseeing all IT systems, including office applications, plant IT infrastructure, website, networking, ERP, and new systems development. Mike has successfully built up the IT organization and positioned it to support the company's growth.

Prior to their current role, Mike worked as the Director of Information Technology at DecoPac, Inc. from May 2016 to January 2022. Mike led the IT team and managed all IT systems, including warehouse and office applications, IT infrastructure, intranet, networking, and new systems development. Mike played a key role in driving system enhancements and transformations to support the company's growth.

Before joining DecoPac, Mike worked at Target Corporation for 10 years in various roles. Mike served as the Director of Delivery and Support Services from April 2012 to November 2015, where they led large portfolios within the merchandising and healthcare teams. Mike also held the position of Manager Support Services from March 2008 to April 2012, where they focused on effectively supporting application portfolios and managing projects. Additionally, they served as the Manager AP Innovation from May 2006 to March 2008, leading the innovation team and driving the development of new technologies.

Mike also has experience working at Sophrona Solutions, Inc. as the Chief Security Officer and Privacy Officer, where they led the data security efforts of the startup healthcare company from 2008 to 2014, and at Dayton Hudson Corporation as a Human Resource Information Systems Analyst in 1995 and Ernst & Young LLP as a Staff Consultant from 1994 to 1995.

Mike began their career at Deluxe Corporation as a Support Center Specialist in 1992. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and implementing a local area network and providing support for network, PC, peripherals, and software.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing IT systems, driving system enhancements, and supporting company growth.

Mike Papp completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained a Masters Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from The George Washington University - School of Business in January 2005.
