Steve McIver

Steve McIver has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the milling and food processing industry. Steve started their career at Champion Flour Milling Limited, where they worked as a Head Miller and later became the Production Manager. Steve then joined Nestlé as a Packaging Supervisor before moving to Cargill, where they served as both an Inventory Controller and a Shift Supervisor. Steve then worked as a Mill Supervisor at Archer Daniels Midland Company before their current position as the Head Miller at Miller Milling Company.

Steve McIver earned a Diploma of Education at the Swiss School of Milling from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they completed a Milling Correspondence Course at the City and Guilds of London and an IGP Milling Course at Kansas State University. Steve also attended the Buhler Advance Milling Course and the ADM Milling Academy, but no specific duration or degree information is available for those programs.
