Shauna Vernal is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Miller Nash LLP, Shauna specializes in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, healthcare regulation, and data security. Previously, Shauna held key positions including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Flipt, Chief Legal Officer at Inovalon, and Chief Legal Counsel at Falck USA. As a co-founder of Amplify talentRx and with a background in various legal roles at Microsoft Corporation and West Coast Bancorp, Shauna has demonstrated a strong ability in strategic executive leadership and commercial transactions.
