Raschel Downey

Raschel Downey has a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Miller Pipeline since December 2014. Previously, Raschel held various roles within Miller Pipeline, including Senior Recruiter, Regional Recruiter, and Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Prior experience includes working as an Activities Assistant at Countryside Meadows and serving as Site Director for the YMCA of the USA. Raschel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Southern Indiana, obtained in 2013.
