Clayton Miller

Clayton Miller has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 at Miller Poultry/Pine Manor Inc, where they held various leadership positions in Flock and Farm Management, Control position for second Cut-up Line, Software and IT assessment, and facilitating change. Clayton also gained experience in lawn management, feed mill inventory control, quality assurance, and other positions. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Weight Floor Associate at the YMCA. In 2011, they served as a Purchasing Manager at Java Junction, Campus of Goshen College, where they were responsible for inventory management and collaborating with the team on promotions and events. From 2012 to 2012, they worked as the General Manager at Java Junction, leading the management team and overseeing various aspects of the business. In 2013, they joined Tyson Foods as a Broiler Technician until 2015. Finally, since 2015, Clayton has been working at Miller Amish Country Poultry, where they have held roles such as Sales and Management, Director of Marketing, and currently, Director of Live Operations.

Clayton Miller attended Goshen High School from 2004 to 2007, but did not receive a degree or study in any specific field during this time. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Goshen College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
