Billy Hodges has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Billy started their career as a Construction Division Manager and Estimating Manager at Tex Pro Management, Inc. in 1999, where they oversaw all phases of construction and played a crucial role in client meetings and budget forecasts. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Project Manager at SLS Johnson Contractors, Ltd. In 2007, they joined JKL General Contractors as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Estimator, where they handled various project activities from conception to handoff and also provided network development and project cost analysis development. In 2009, they worked at Westside Construction as a Senior Project Manager and Chief Estimator, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and overseeing the concrete sub-contracting division. Since 2010, they have been working as the Vice President of Construction at Miller Sierra Contractors, Inc., where they focus on improving profitability and efficiency by developing systems and overseeing budgets, production, and techniques.
