Sara Carter

Sara Carter has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and operations. Sara started their career in 1991 at Arrow Trucking Co as the Director-Pricing & Contract Admin, where they were responsible for creating and executing processes and objectives for the department. Sara also participated in hiring and training personnel and analyzed pricing opportunities. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the National Director-Operations at LGX Logistics, LLC. In 2011, they briefly worked at AFG before joining Miller Truck Lines in 2012 as the Human Resources Director and Director of Human Resources Recruiting. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Miller Truck Lines, LLC & Paul Transportation Inc.

Sara Carter attended Oklahoma State University from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in the College of Home Economics with a focus on Interior Design. In addition to their degree, Sara obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in February 2019 from SHRM.
