Ande Scherf

Ande Scherf has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Starting in 2008, Scherf worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Rothstein Kass, where they were responsible for recruiting, management coaching, performance management, employee relations, and scheduling. They then moved on to work as a Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Digital First Media from 2012 to 2014, handling employment issues and collaborating with Union leadership. From 2014 to 2016, Scherf worked as a Human Resources Consultant at CoAdvantage, consulting with clients and developing customized service plans. In 2016, they joined Advance Local as a Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions for multiple media groups and providing training on HR topics. In 2022, Scherf joined BISSELL Homecare, Inc. as a Senior Human Leadership Business Partner, and in 2023, they worked as a Site Human Resources Manager at Pace Industries, LLC. Currently, Scherf is an HRBP at MillerKnoll, responsible for shared services, ancillary growth, and strategy.

Ande Scherf's education history includes a variety of qualifications and degrees. In 2002, Ande Scherf enrolled at Western Michigan University and completed a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Communication Studies in 2007.
