Ashley Rigby

Ashley Rigby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, program management, and coaching. Currently, as the Founder and Owner of Goldinage, a coaching practice focused on supporting individuals approaching or in retirement, Ashley aims to address their unique needs. At MillerKnoll, Ashley serves as Principal Program Manager for the MillerKnoll Foundation, where significant corporate philanthropic initiatives, including the development of a global volunteer and giving platform, have been implemented. Previous roles at Herman Miller demonstrate a strong background in sales leadership, education sales consulting, and advancing racial equity through an external fellowship with PwC. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Fordham University and a BS in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College.
