Beatriz Alcala

Beatriz Alcala is a Continuous Improvement Leader at MillerKnoll since April 2023, previously holding positions at Johnson Controls from June 2019 to January 2022, including Continuous Improvement Engineer, Continuous Improvement Co-Op Engineer, and Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern. Beatriz gained experience as a Technical Sales Engineer Intern at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, during the summer of 2018. Beatriz earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma's Gallogly College of Engineering, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2020, following attendance at the OSSM Regional Center in Enid, OK, from 2013 to 2014.
