Brett Hoffman

Brett Hoffman has extensive experience in manufacturing operations and technology. Brett currently works at MillerKnoll as the Senior Director of Digital Manufacturing & Operations, where they lead the development and implementation of technology strategies to support the company's Industry 4.0 vision and manufacturing digital transformation. Prior to this role, Brett served as the Director of Global Manufacturing Systems at MillerKnoll, where they established a smart manufacturing roadmap and successfully delivered a multi-million-dollar IIoT and smart manufacturing platform globally.

Prior to Takeda, Brett worked at The Dow Chemical Company, where they served as the Manufacturing Operations Management Integration Leader. In this role, they integrated Dow Corning's manufacturing and supply chain solution portfolio into The Dow Chemical Company and assisted in the analysis and design of a target architectural direction for the combined company's long-term manufacturing and supply chain solutions.

Brett also has a strong background at Dow Corning, where they held various roles, including Asia IT Operations Manager, Asia Regional Manager, Global Manufacturing Automation, Manufacturing Intelligence & Application Development Manager, Business Process Information Analyst, and Supply Chain Systems Analyst. In these roles, they led and supported various IT initiatives and strategies to enhance manufacturing operations and supply chain automation.
