Chad Foster

Chad Foster has extensive work experience in various managerial and operational roles. Chad is currently working as an Operations Manager at MillerKnoll since December 2022. Prior to that, Chad worked at eduPARTS as the Director of Global Operations from March 2022 to December 2022, where they played a crucial role in shaping the company's vision and goals. Chad also worked at Mobile Defenders as the Director of Global Operations from May 2021 to December 2022, and as an Operations Manager from August 2019 to May 2021. Chad's earlier experience includes roles at Notions Marketing, where they served as a Business Unit Manager, Amazon Model Area Operations Supervisor, and Operations Selection Supervisor. Chad also worked at Spartan Nash as a Grocery Operations Supervisor for over ten years and at Hilco Technologies as a Material Handler. Chad started their career in 2003 with roles at Securitas Security Services USA, Meijer, St. Mary's Hospital, and General Motors, where they gained valuable skills in security, loss prevention, and training supervision. Chad also served as a US Military Police in the army in 2002.

Chad Foster obtained an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 2008 to 2009.
