Christina Orr is an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as an HR/Talent Acquisition Recruiter at MillerKnoll since April 2021, Christina excels in candidate sourcing, job fair representation, and onboarding new hires while supporting diversity initiatives. As a Volunteer Director and former Recruitment and Outreach Director at Camp Blue Skies, Christina has demonstrated leadership in creating impactful volunteer experiences and building a sustainable volunteer base.
