Curt Wozniak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Curt began their career as a Freelance Writer for The Grand Rapids Press, focusing on community theater, art galleries, arts funding, and local music. Curt then worked as an Associate Editor at The Paper. After that, they joined Meijer as a Copywriter before transitioning to MLive Media Group as an Arts Reporter.
In 2003, Curt joined Gemini Publications as a Staff Writer for Grand Rapids Magazine and Grand Rapids Family Magazine. During their time there, they wrote feature stories, coordinated design industry coverage, edited web content, and produced radio segments. Following this, they worked at Peopledesign as a Writer/Strategist, where they led editorial efforts, conducted customer interviews, and provided analysis and copywriting for various clients including Herman Miller, Fiat, and Haworth.
In 2013, Curt joined Herman Miller as a Senior Writer/Editor, where they contributed to shaping the brand perception through powerful storytelling. Curt held several roles within the company, including Brand Content Editor for Specialty & Consumer and Brand Content Editor for Work. In these positions, they created compelling and inspiring interactions with customers.
Most recently, Curt has been with MillerKnoll, where they started as a Manager for Global Brand Editorial and eventually became the Senior Manager. Their responsibilities include overseeing the global brand editorial team and ensuring consistent messaging and content across various platforms.
Curt Wozniak attended Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Curt also participated in the Aquinas College Study Center in Co. Galway, Ireland, where they focused on studying Irish Literature and Irish History.
