Elyna Jin

Elyna Jin has a strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Elyna has worked as a Corporate Continuous Improvement Manager at MillerKnoll, where they coached and implemented various improvement tools at different levels of leadership. Prior to that, they worked as a Danaher Business System (DBS) Manager at Danaher Corporation, where they identified improvement opportunities and managed site Kaizen initiatives. Elyna also has experience as a Senior Consultant at STAUFEN., where they led projects to improve manufacturing and logistics processes. Elyna has previous experience as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Philips Lighting and as a Manufacturing Supervisor/ Industrial Capacity Engineer at Intel Corporation. Their skills include lean transformation, process design, and team leadership.

Elyna Jin completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Communication Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University from 2001 to 2005. Elyna then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of British Columbia between 2012 and 2014.
