Jeffrey Rhoads

Jeffrey Rhoads is currently the Vice President of Strategic Design at MillerKnoll, where responsibilities include leading a team to enhance portfolio potential through innovative setting designs. Prior to this role, Jeffrey spent over a decade with Herman Miller in various leadership positions, including Director of Portfolio and Application Design and Market Launch Lead. Jeffrey also founded Lucidea Studio, focusing on effective visual communication. Additionally, Jeffrey served as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Cornerstone University from 2015 to 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Steelcase, starting as a Marketing Intern and progressing to Sr. Product Marketing Specialist. Jeffrey holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Calvin University.
