Kylie Roth has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kylie is currently serving as the Vice President for Global Ancillary Portfolio Growth and Strategy at MillerKnoll, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to this, they founded Made Fare Co. in 2015 and served as the Founder until June 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Knoll, including Vice President of Research from July 2020 to October 2021, Senior Director of Research from January 2016 to July 2020, Director of Strategy and Research from April 2012 to January 2016, and New Business Development and Sales from June 2010 to April 2012. Kylie began their career at Arcturis as an Associate from May 2004 to August 2007, and later worked as a Senior Associate at HOK from August 2007 to June 2010. In 2020, they co-founded Modern Habitat.

Kylie Roth attended Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they participated in the Business Leadership Program. After their time at Washington University, Kylie attended Maryville University of Saint Louis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA degree in Interior Design. Additionally, they obtained another Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA degree, this time in Graphic Design, from Maryville University. In April 2017, Kylie obtained the Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci.
