Natalie Cockrell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Natalie started their career as a Project Assistant at Wiley Rein LLP in 2008 and later worked as a Legal Assistant. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Associate Editor at Work Design Magazine before being promoted to Senior Editor in 2015. In 2017, Natalie joined Herman Miller as a Workplace Strategist and eventually became a Senior Workplace Strategist. Natalie then moved to MillerKnoll in 2021, where they served as a Senior Workplace Strategist and later became the Editorial Lead for Applied Insights & Knowledge.
Natalie Cockrell has a Master of Arts (MA) in Interior Design from the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at The George Washington University. Natalie obtained this degree from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Studies from Saint Mary's College from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Natalie has also obtained certifications as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in September 2018, and as a WELL AP from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in February 2018.
