Patty Raikes

Patty Raikes has extensive work experience in HR operations and technology. Patty currently holds the position of Vice President, Global HR Operations and Technology at MillerKnoll since August of 2021. Prior to this, Patty worked at Fiserv for a total of 25 years. During their tenure at Fiserv, they held various roles including Director HR Operations, Director HR Services, Director HR Operations, Corporate HRIS Manager, Corporate HRIS Supervisor, and Corporate HRIS Administrator. Patty'sresponsibilities included managing HR vendors, implementing strategic HR process improvements, and making HR technology decisions. Before joining Fiserv, Patty worked at Siemens Power Corporation and Value Merchants, Inc. as an HRIS/Payroll professional.

Patty Raikes completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Marquette University in 1991. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university and graduated in 2000.
