Rick Blackmar

Rick Blackmar began their work experience in 1985 at General Motors, where they held positions as a Production Supervisor and Skilled Trades Supervisor. In 1989, they transitioned to Herman Miller and served as a Production Supervisor until 1995. From 1995 to 2022, they worked as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Herman Miller. In 2022, Rick joined MillerKnoll as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they are currently employed.

Rick Blackmar obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University, attending from 1993 to 1996.
