Crystal Baver is currently a Data Management and Analytics Leader at Millers Mutual Insurance, where Crystal has recently completed upgrading the core policy system and launching a new customer portal. Crystal is also a Supervisor in Data Management and Analytics and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer, overseeing projects such as upgrading the existing data warehouse and implementing a new BI tool. Prior to their current role, Crystal worked at Santander Bank as a CCAR Financial Systems Data Analyst and Financial Analyst, leading projects to upgrade data warehouses and manage financial processes. With previous experience in financial analysis at Schneider Electric and Penske Truck Leasing, Crystal holds a diverse background in analytics, project management, and finance. Crystal holds an MBA in Business Administration from Penn State University, among other degrees and certificates.
