Hakkı Güngör

He was born in 1947 in Kastamonu. He is a graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography. He started his duty as Kastamonu Public Education President in 1976, was appointed as Provincial National Education Deputy Director with the law amendment made in 1986, and continued this duty uninterruptedly until 1992. In 1992, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of National Education in Ankara, and then in January 1994, he was appointed as the Ankara Directorate of National Education. During his tenure, he took part in many social-cultural activities and served as chairman. In addition to his duty as the Public Education President for 10 years, he was the President of the Turkish Naval Forces Foundation for 4 years, the Kastamonu Sports Presidency for 2 years, and the National Education Members SST Koop for 5 years. Presidency, For 10 years, he successfully carried out duties such as the Red Crescent Provincial Presidency. Among his works in Ankara, the "Contribution to National Education Project", which he started and still continues, has a special place. With this project, 1150 contracted personnel were temporarily employed with the contributions collected in 1994-1995, and the personnel needs of all schools in Ankara were met. The privatization project of schools and plots on the lands remaining as a business center has set an example for Turkey. The repair work carried out with transparency and fairness for a total of 2050 classrooms in 1995 was awarded with a certificate of appreciation by the Ministry of National Education for the correct organization of the contributions of the charitable citizens.
