Metin Yaraman

He was born in Giresun in 1938. After graduating from his primary, secondary and high school education in Giresun, and his higher education from Istanbul Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, he received his education in Business Economics at Istanbul University. He was educated at the National Security Academy. Starting his career in the private sector, Yaraman served as Istanbul Regional Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director at Gima TAŞ. He served as the General Secretary of TOBB. Anadolu Agency Board Member, KARTEM A.Ş. Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Board of Directors of the National Education Foundation and VAKTAŞ A.Ş. He served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was a member of the Science Board of Economics, representing TOBB at TUBITAK.
