Talat Bulut

He was born in 1956 in Ankara. He graduated from 1974 Hasanoğlan Atatürk Primary Teachers School, 1978 Gazi University Department of Mathematics Education, 1985 Ankara University Faculty of Law. He worked as a primary school teacher in Ankara in 1974, and then as a civil servant at the Trial Higher Teachers' School and the Industrial Arts Higher Teachers' School. Between 1978 and 1985, Bulut worked as a mathematics teacher and school principal in various schools in Ankara. After graduating from the Faculty of Law in 1985, he worked as a mathematics teacher and self-employed lawyer at Ayrancı Akşam Ticaret High School. He retired from teaching in 2000 voluntarily. Talat Bulut, who is still working as a freelance lawyer, is married and has two children.
