Catterine Guerra

Catterine Guerra currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Millicom (Tigo) since October 2021. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Tigo Colombia from February 2015 to January 2022, such as Director of the Presidential Office and manager for IoT, Cloud, Data Center, and Security products. Catterine’s career began at UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones, where roles included Business Development and Project Engineer. Additional experience includes working as a Corporate Solutions Implementation Engineer at ORBITEL (UNE-EPM) and as a Marketing Intern at INTERNEXA. Catterine holds an Executive Master in Business Administration and Management from ISEAD Business School, a specialization in Project Management from Universidad EAFIT, and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Santo Tomás.
