Sara Schwandt

Sara Schwandt currently serves as the VP of Operations - Retail/Rental at Vail Resorts, a position held since June 2017, following roles as Senior Director of Business Development/Operations Support and Director of Retail Operations Support. Prior to Vail Resorts, Schwandt worked at Crocs from April 2013 to June 2017, where responsibilities included leading change management initiatives and establishing a Global Change Management program to support ERP implementations. Previous experience also includes serving as Senior Projects Manager for Change Management at Clarks Companies, N.A., along with roles in human resources management at Fresh, Inc. and Covenant Health System. Sara Schwandt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College Massachusetts and has educational experience from the University of Leeds.
