Exaud Emmanuel has extensive experience in research and consumer understanding, currently serving as Research & Consumer Understanding Manager at Millicom since July 2011. In this role, Exaud is responsible for delivering consumer insights essential for business strategy and leading innovations by analyzing consumer behavior to propose relevant products. Previously, Exaud worked as a Research Analyst at Airtel Tanzania, where responsibilities included marketing intelligence activities and network coverage extension through geo-marketing research. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Tutorial Assistant at the Open University of Tanzania-Tutorial Center, supervising seminars and teaching courses related to social science research and counseling. Exaud holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam and completed advanced secondary studies at Umbwe High School.
