Nicole Paez

Nicole Paez is an experienced IT professional with a focus on software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps. As the Regional Head of SDLC at Millicom (Tigo) since December 2021, Nicole oversees technology departments across multiple Latin American countries, including Architecture, DevSecOps, and Quality Assurance for TigoMoney. Previously, Nicole served as the Regional Head of DevOps & Engineering, leading efforts to enhance fintech products through multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience includes roles at Banco General as a DevSecOps Architect and various positions such as Administrator, Coordinator, and Technical Analyst, as well as a Consultant Team Leader and Software Developer at Infosgroup. Nicole holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Latina de Panamá and a high school diploma in Informatics from Instituto Jose Dolores Moscote.
