Kristin Cherico Dean

Kristin Cherico Dean is an accomplished HR and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Fractional Head of People at Millie since January 2025, Kristin previously held the position of VP, Talent & Recruitment at Brightline, a groundbreaking virtual mental health solution for families, from August 2022 to October 2024. Kristin's prior experience includes Vice President of Recruitment at Galileo, and multiple roles at Stitch Fix, including Director of Recruiting and Technical & Corporate Recruiting Manager. Additionally, Kristin worked as a Senior Manager at American Eagle Outfitters, overseeing digital technology talent acquisition and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Kristin earned a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric, Communications, and English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005.
