Jess H.

Jess H. is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and management, currently serving as Creative Manager for Product Design at Milliken & Company since January 2019. Under this role, Jess leads the resilient flooring design initiatives while establishing an in-house design department and implementing scalable design systems. Prior professional experience includes positions as Senior Designer and Advanced Designer at Milliken Floors, where Jess focused on innovative commercial designs, and roles at INVISTA, Interface, and Patcraft, contributing to carpet and resilient product development. Jess holds a Master of Fine Arts in Luxury and Fashion Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel and Textiles from Southern Polytechnic State University.
