Alexandra “Ali” Marzolf, MPP, is a Senior Healthcare Policy Associate at Milliman since April 2024, with a diverse background in healthcare policy and public health. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy Director, Associate Director, and Senior Policy Consultant at Aurrera Health Group, where Marzolf provided project management, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement support at the state and county levels. Marzolf also served as a Graduate Student Auditor for the City of Oakland, conducting performance audits on homeless encampment services, and as a Graduate Student Instructor at UC Berkeley under Professor Robert Reich. Previous internships at Kaiser Permanente involved strategic analysis and program development for Medicaid contracts, while earlier roles at Hennepin County and Children's Dental Services focused on public health outreach and service delivery. Marzolf holds a Master’s of Public Policy from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive and Brain Science from Tufts University.
