Caryl Bauwens

Caryl Bauwens is an accomplished marketing professional with significant experience in directing marketing operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at Milliman since July 2020, Caryl leads the MarCom operations and events teams, focusing on developing efficient procedures to enhance the marketing department's capabilities. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations and various positions at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where Caryl managed digital marketing projects and coordinated website content for a prominent law firm. Additional experience includes marketing roles at MEI Real Estate Services, Inland Medical Evaluations, and Regency Centers, along with internships that provided foundational skills in public relations and journalism. Caryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Idaho.
