Erna Pérez de Guzmán van der Zande

Erna Pérez de Guzmán van der Zande is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in providing legal counsel across various jurisdictions within the EMEA region. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Milliman since March 2018, Erna specializes in international business law, contractual law, IT law, and data protection, and communicates fluently in English, French, Spanish, and Dutch. Prior roles include EMEA Legal Counsel at Newell Brands, where responsibilities encompassed advising on international business law, competition law, and consumer law, among others.
